Description du poste/Job Description:
The department of Strategy, Organization and Human Relations Department is seeking to fill in two faculty positions to maintain and develop its reputation for excellence in research and high-quality teaching.
In view of its current development, ESDES is opening a full-time position on its campus of Lyon or Annecy as Assistant or Associate Professor in the teaching fields:
- Strategy
- International diversity
- Project management
The main responsibilities of the appointee include the following:
- Conducting research and publishing in journals in the FNEGE/ABS lists,
- Teaching in various levels using innovative pedagogy (French & English)
- Capacity to coordinate courses
- Engage and participate in ESDES’s activities and school life
- Capacity of managing a program and a student year
A successful candidate for the position will manage the faculty of Strategy, Organization and Human Relations Department (Lyon campus).

Remuneration will be based on the applicant’s academic qualifications and experience
Successful candidates will be located in our Lyon Campus with some teaching assignments potentially on the Annecy campus.
Profil recherché / compétences requises / Job qualifications
Candidates should hold a Ph.D. from a leading institution (accredited AACSB or EQUIS) and have an established record of excellence in teaching (English) and research within the advertised discipline.
Candidates demonstrates team management skills and a strong sense of responsibility ideally with similar academic experience (Lyon campus).
